At Haseen Libas, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that we do not offer any refunds. We only facilitate product exchange under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Timeframe – You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
